Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Record an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.
- Email the images and relevant details to our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Select the relevant order and submit a return request.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation regarding approval or rejection.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- An incomplete order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and an unboxing video so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Product Exchange Policy
For faster processing, we recommend the following procedure:
- Submit a return request for the current product (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the desired product.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by our support team.
Order Cancellation Policy
Only complete order cancellations are permitted.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse:
- The product will undergo inspection and quality verification.
- You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If Approved
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Refund processing generally takes 7–21 business days, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, customers may be required to provide:
- Bank account details
- Account holder name
- IFSC code
- A copy of a cancelled cheque or bank proof document
The refund will be transferred directly to the provided bank account after approval.
Non-Refundable Charges

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
